When you contact us using the appropriate form, the personal data (company name, surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail, category and request) that you provide will be processed by Altras Sécurité SA in accordance with the Data Protection Act:

• For the purposes of customer management and market research;

• In order to respond to a public contract or a private invitation to tender for services;

• In order to respond to an application to work for the company;

• As part of our contractual relationship;

 

By providing us with your personal data, you expressly authorise us to process this information for the purposes indicated above. This data will only be used for the above-mentioned purposes, unless you expressly object at a later date. The personal data you provide will be stored in a file owned and managed by Altras Sécurité SA.

The above-mentioned data will be kept for 5 years after the completion of our mandate, or after contact has been made but no mandate has been issued.

Your data will not be passed on to any third parties other than those required to carry out the mandate to be concluded and for the purposes set out above. It may be passed on to an (internal) member of staff responsible for managing your file or in an ancillary manner, in strict compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

 

By means of a written, dated and signed request, addressed to the data controller and providing proof of your identity, you may obtain from Altras Sécurité SA, free of charge if a reasonable volume is involved, written communication of your personal data and, where appropriate, rectification of any data that is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant.
