Our history
Altras Sécurité was founded in 2004 by Denis Trottet, a private security professional. In 2013, he recruited Michaël Stella, who quickly became his right-hand man. Michaël Stella took over the management of the company in 2017, after having been responsible for several projects. He bought the company in 2018 and became a director. Altras has moved several times in its history. It began in La Tour-de-Peilz, a town on the shores of Lake Geneva, then moved to Cugy, a village near Lausanne. Since 2019, it has occupied modern, strategic premises in the Flon district in the centre of Lausanne.
Our team has the right training for the job, respects the values of respect, courtesy, listening and pride in a job well done, and strives to do its job well. We keep our structure on a human scale so that we can be close to our customers and respond to their needs with attention.
We are proud of our employees and the esteem in which they are held. By creating a climate of appreciation and trust, they get involved and fully assume their responsibilities. They are always available and focus on the essentials: understanding our customers' expectations and meeting them with a tailor-made service.
To guarantee consistent quality, Altras Sécurité SA has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, which covers all activities relating to the surveillance and protection of people, rights and movable and immovable property; transport of valuables; security services and all services provided at events. We aim for continuous development while maintaining a high level of quality and a company that can customise its actions for its clients. The well-being of our staff is an integral part of our high quality of service.
In 2023, Altras celebrates 20 years of existence and growth on the Swiss market. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers, partners and employees. Altras looks forward to continuing to offer security solutions tailored to individual needs.
